At Logan Homes we are a home building company with 18 years of experience in the Waikato. Starting in 1991 as a small construction firm undertaking additions and alterations the company has grown now specialising in new homes at a very competitive price.

Simply contact our office or visit our display home to make an appointment with one of our sales team. If you lead a busy life and spare time is scarce, Logan Homes can take control of the whole building process - we can also find a section for you.

We offer a range of services which include full design and build, alteration of our many pre-built house plans or construction only. Had your plans drawn up already? This is where you can sit down with a designer and create a plan to suit your requirements and turn your dream into a reality.
